The DESIGN Process

Our straight-forward and strategic design process helps us create a solid foundation to inform all decisions we make for your brand. Over the past 8 years, we’ve worked to create an enjoyable and exceptional experience and process to ensure an effective and efficient outcome for our clients.

Schedule an initial consultation with us. We’ll book Zoom calls, look at branding or website questionnaires together, and really dive into your vision. We’ll complete all the homework required to efficiently and thoroughly move forward with the project design. A 50% deposit is collected.

Where the magic happens.
For your brand, you’ll receive a comprehensive brand presentation including a concept, fonts, colour palette, inspiration, and marketing concepts.
For your website, we’ll dive deep into the design of the site providing you with a website preview and we’ll summit on Zoom to review.
For either, we’ll complete any desired revisions and edits based on your review.

You're 110% in love with your design and you’ll receive all deliverables listed in your proposal.
For your brand, you’ll receive a brand asset library including a brand guideline document.
For your website, we’ll handle all the technical stuff and we’ll launch! We’ll provide a tutorial on how to use your Squarespace website and make your own edits.
The final project payment is collected.
